Warranty period
Huben products sold by us in Türkiye come with a 1-year warranty, starting on the day the product is delivered to you. The warranty terms are also written on the warranty certificate that comes with the product. The service life of the products is 10 years; we make sure spare parts are available for that whole period.
What the warranty does not cover
- Magazine jams caused by misuse, and parts broken as a result. For example using oversized, deformed or hard pellets, letting the magazine release lever snap shut, or shooting without checking that the magazine turns freely after loading.
- Disassembly, repair or part replacement done outside an authorised service centre.
- Tampering with the power adjustment, the regulator or internal parts; altering or modifying the product, or going above the 7.5 joule limit.
- Filling the tube above its maximum storage pressure of 350 bar (35 MPa).
- Filling with any gas other than clean, dry compressed air, above all oxygen or a flammable gas; filling with damp, oily or dirty air, or without a filter.
- Using petroleum-based oil or an unsuitable grease or chemical.
- Drops and impacts, or use at temperatures outside −10 °C to 60 °C.
- Damage caused by non-original spare parts or accessories.
- Normal wear of parts such as O-rings, seals and filter elements.
- A removed or altered serial number.
About disassembly
The manufacturer asks that the product is not taken apart outside an authorised service centre. We still explain some disassembly and maintenance steps on this site, because you have the right to the information. Whether you carry them out is your decision. If you do, all legal responsibility lies with the user and the product is no longer covered by the warranty. Always empty the air from the tube before working on a rifle or pistol.
Service and spare parts requests
When you write to us, adding the following helps us find the right part much faster:
- Your airgun's model and serial number
- The part's number in the spare parts catalogue
- A short description of the problem, with a photo or a short video if you have one
