This notice is prepared by Hope Doğa Sporları - Bayram Özışık (Bulgurlu Mah. Toygarçeşme Sok. No:14B, Üsküdar / İstanbul) as data controller, under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).
What data do we process?
This is an information site; there is no membership, form or sales section. Your personal data reaches us in two cases:
- When you visit the site: As a technical necessity, the server the site runs on briefly logs your IP address, the time of the visit, the page requested and browser details.
- When you email us: Your name, email address, your message and anything you attach (for example your airgun's serial number or photos).
The age confirmation at the entrance is kept only in your browser and is not sent to us. Details are on the cookies and local storage page.
Why do we process it, and on what legal basis?
- Server logs are kept so the site runs securely and without interruption. Legal basis: the legitimate interest of the data controller (KVKK Art. 5/2-f).
- Information that arrives by email is used to answer your question and to handle your service or spare parts request. Legal basis: being directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract (Art. 5/2-c) and legitimate interest (Art. 5/2-f).
Who do we share it with?
We do not sell your data or share it with anyone for advertising. The servers of our hosting and email providers may be located outside Türkiye; in that case your data is transferred in line with the conditions of Article 9 of the KVKK. It may be shared with the authorities if there is a legal request. For a fault under warranty, the information needed to solve it (serial number, description of the fault) may be shared with the manufacturer.
How long do we keep it?
Server logs are kept for up to 6 months; email correspondence for up to 2 years after your request is closed. Where the law requires a longer retention period, that period applies.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request information, to ask for it to be corrected or deleted, to learn who it has been transferred to, to object, and to claim compensation if you have suffered damage.
